Go from downtown to midtown for a special day and night in New York City. The winning bidder and family gets picked up in Princeton and shuttled to the city where they will join CNBC anchor and PCS parent Brian Sullivan and his family (Shea Sullivan, 5th grade) for a hard-to-get tour of the New York Stock Exchange. Learn all about trading, be one of the first to visit the newly opened famous room they call "The Garage", meet some women and men who make it happen, and watch the closing bell. Once the bell rings, you'll be whisked uptown for a visit to NBC's legendary 30 Rockefeller Center for another insiders-only tour of the building, its cool studios, and amazing history. The night is capped with a short walk to dinner at the legendary China Grill, followed by a ride back to Princeton.
Note: To be done on a mutually agreed upon date (best on half day of school as Sullivan family is out of town most of the summer). Requires at least one month advance agreement to ensure NYSE availability. Business attire (suit jacket and tie) required for men while at the NYSE.
