Sponsorships and Tickets

Dear PCS Families,

We could not be more excited to share with you that preparations for the school’s most anticipated evening, the PCS Spring Gala, are in full motion.

In accordance with this year’s theme: “License to Party” guests will be transported to the world of the British most famous spy - James Bond - the ambience of glamour and sophistication. Whether you are a fan of the iconic series or not, we hope to see you at the event and look forward to your support in making this the most successful fundraising yet!

As we prepare for this year’s party, we ask that you consider not only attending the Gala but supporting its various fundraising activities. As most of you are aware, the evening is organized by the Friends of PCS and all raised funds are dedicated towards the immediate and annual school’s financial needs. For example, these include: supporting after school-programs (science, sports, chess, art and music clubs), providing financial assistance to PCS families in need, purchasing classroom materials and supplies, acquiring new playground equipment and making improvements in students cafeteria.

Last year we have raised through Gala over $190,000, which included direct donations and contributions from PCS community as well as sponsorships from many local businesses. The majority of these funds were directly donated by the PCS families. I encourage you to read more about how Gala efforts contribute to PCS and learn how you can support our school at PCS Friends website.

The PCS Spring Gala, which is a tradition at PCS, is a labor of unwavering dedication, commitment and support in which you - the PCS families - play an invaluable part! Find more information about previous Gala and Gala impact at PCS Friends Website.
