ANNUAL SPRING PICNIC

Don't miss good old fashioned fun with friends and families during our annual spring picnic held at the school.  There will be face painting, an art show, spirit wear sale, DJ music & the all time favorite cake walk.  Also, new for this year will be a chance to win some money in a 50/50 raffle ticket.
The early admission price of $5 per person includes a hoagie sandwich from D'Angelo Italian Market, chips & a soft drink.  All families are required to bring either a salad or a dessert to share with other families. 

We highly encourage families to sign up for early admission pricing available to those who sign up online or by dropping off a check in either the K-4 or 5-8 building by end of day Tuesday, April 24th.  Checks can be made payable to "Friends of PCS."   Also, please indicate if your family will be bringing a salad or dessert. 

Signing up early will enable us to accurately order food for the event ensuring we do not run out or have unnecessary waste.  Admission price at the door will be increased to $6 per person.  Cake walk tickets will be a $1 each and 50/50 raffle tickets will be $5 each both will be available for purchase at the picnic.  We will only be able to accept Cash or Check at the event.

Donated Naturally Nora Cake Mix will be available at both buildings for those families interested in baking their own goodies for the picnic.

Volunteer help is much needed:  Set-up from 4-5 PM, Serving from 5-6 PM, Serving from 6-7 PM, and Clean up.
