Admission: $8.00 per person, prepaid ONLINE ONLY by 5/27
$10.00 per person at the door (cash or check)

Admission ticket includes
bag of chips & beverage
and
one hoagie

 

HOAGIE CHOICES:

Chicken & Mozzarella cheese only
or
Ham & Provolone cheese with lettuce/tomato
or
Vegetarian grilled Eggplant & Onions, Mozzarella cheese & lettuce 

 
Each family is also asked to bring a favorite potluck dish to share! If your child is in

Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 6th, or 8th: Bring a Dessert
1st, 3rd, 5th, or 7th: Bring a Salad/Side Dish

If you have children in both groups, please choose a dessert OR salad/side dish to bring. We ask for one item per family.

Please register by Monday, May 27th.

Volunteer help is much needed:  Set-up shifts before the event, Check-in and serving help during the event, and Clean up afterwards.
Also, Cake Donations are needed for the cake walk.
