Let's Flow!  Outdoor Yoga Party with Ms. Kushner!

Location: PCS School Grounds

 

Discover, explore and have extraordinary fun with yoga, music and games during a refreshing 45-minute outdoor yoga & games session. A yoga mat will be provided for each guest as a gift to use and take home. Please bring your own water to stay hydrated and protective clothing/ sunscreen.

Ms. Kushner is a Registered Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance. She is also a children’s and adult Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and is currently completing her certification as a Children’s Yoga Teacher with the Little Flower Yoga program. She is a Level 3 Instructor for Radiant Child Yoga.

* Fee is not refundable and will go towards fundraising for school expansion.

* Masks required at all times. No food or snacks please.
